A very fine scarce short-lived silvered example circa 1878-81. Crowned star mounted with full laurel wreath and circlet inscribed “Sixth Royal Lancashire Militia”; centre mounted with large red enamelled Rose. Three loops to reverse.
Became 3rd Bn. Manchester Regiment on Friday 1st July, 1881.
