Calcutta Volunteer Rifles Victorian Officer's pouch belt plate

A good very scarce cast Indian example. Guelphic Crown resting on a blank tablet, over Maltese cross with balls to the tips and lions between the arms; all resring in laurel sprays, strung bugle to centre. Beneath, a tri-part scroll inscribed “Calcutta Volunteer Rifles”. Complete with backing plate, four screw posts with washers and hooped nuts.
