A fine scarce rich gilt crowned star mounted with sprays of laurel and palm enclosing the Garter; WIR cypher centre. Two rays on the left bearing honours ‘DOMINICA’ and ‘GUADALOUPE’, two on the right ‘MARINIQUE’ and ‘ASHANTEE’. Three loops to reverse.
