A fine silver and enamel example, the reverse officially numbered 678. Housed in it's Collingwood (by Appointment to the Royal Family) fitted green velvet and cream silk lined case of issue. The lid with gold embossed "M.V.O. 4th. CL" Wear to the inside silk lining of the case.
