An impressive example. Blue cloth face overlaid with gold train lace with a 'light dragoon' brown lace central line. In the centre a cavalry crown in gold and silver lace, silver sequins and silk embroidery. Below, in broad gold lace and sequins the 'WR' cypher. The reverse covering of blue Moroccan and bearing a trade label, 'Moore (late Bicknells & Moore) Old Bond Street'. Complete with three "D" rings. heavy mothing. Wallet absent.
